Mr. S has been our loyal customer for many years. We first assisted him with his student visa application and then graduate and working visas. Subclass 485 Temporary Graduate Visa Grant โ€“ M. Usama A. R. & His Wife

Congratulations M. Usama A.R for the grant of your 485 visa extension!

Usama was granted his graduate visa 485 in May 2023. At the time, his visa was granted for 2 years only because he completed a Bachelor degree in Australia.

In July 2023, the government announced the change that the 485 visa stay period will be extended for another 2 years for the selected bachelor degrees. However, in December 2023, the government decided to axed this policy in mid 2024.

Seeing the sudden change in the migration policy, Usama immediately contacted EMK Migration for advice and we quickly assisted him and his spouse to extend his current 485 visa for another 2 years.

In less than 2 months, Usama and his wife have been granted the visa extension and they can now stay and work full time in Australia until May 2027.

This is the second student visa extension of Mr. A.N. to complete his Master of Engineering Management program at Torrens University. After completing his Graduate Certificate of Business Administration at Torrens, he gained a direct pathway to the Master of Engineering Management program. However, due to some unforeseen personal circumstances, Mr. A.N’s CoE was cancelled by the university due to a late fee payment and the unfortunate failing a subject. Mr. A. N. was determined to complete his studies so he immediately contacted our team for assistance. Understanding the clientโ€™s concerns, our team help him resolve these issues and successfully helped him to re-enroll in Torrens.

With our dedication, Mr. A.N was granted a CoE extension, allowing him to extend his visa application and complete his studies. Upon receiving the trust of Mr. D, a loyal customer of EMK after successfully supporting the visa application for his sisters – T.Vy and T.Vรขn under the stream of Sponsored Family, this year EMK continued to support the visitor visa application (Sponsored Family stream) for his other two sisters – T.Vy and T.Vแบฅn.
However, this was an extremely challenging case for EMK as the two sisters were unable to demonstrate financial resources, which posed disadvantages to the application process. After achieving excellent academic results at a university in Vietnam, H.A decided to study Graduate Certificate in Finance at a top university in Australia. However, due to the unfamiliarity with the new academic environment and not being able to find passion or interest in this field of study, she was unable to complete the course, which required her to extend the visa.
While completing the course, wanting to pursue a Master’s degree in a different major, she sought assistance from EMK for a second visa extension and processing of her Master’s degree application in Australia.
