STUDENT COUNSELLOR (SALES & MARKETING)
We are looking for a dedicated Student Counsellor (Sales & Marketing) for ourΒ EMK Offices worldwide.
Role Summary:

- At least 2 years of experience in student counseling or sales/marketing

About the Role:
- Represent EMK Global brand to promote our services to prospective clients and partners.
- Develop a wide network of students and build up a referral network to achieve the monthly recruitment target.
- Provide face-to-face, phone, and email counseling to students who wish to study in Australia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe, etc in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up leads and inquiries to build a pipeline of qualified clients and ensure the highest conversion rate. Maintain after-sale service engagement to increase retention of students.
- Keep up to date with industry information relating to student visas, new courses, university updates, international education industry regulations, etc.
- Create and maintain accurate client information in the companyβs CRM system.
- Coordinating with other consultants, team leaders, and operations managers to execute the processes and sales pipelines seamlessly.
- Actively participate in the companyβs marketing activities such as online/digital marketing, education exhibitions, in-house seminars, etc.
- Assist the admin team in preparing relevant documents for studentβs smooth enrolment and visa application processing.
- Act professionally always by practicing responsible business ethics as per the Agent Code of Ethics & take part in product training and assessment activities as directed.
- Report activity status to management periodically.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a student counselor or marketing officer (required).
- Experience studying abroad is advantageous.
- University education & good English communication skills.
- Work under pressure and meet/exceed targets in a timely manner.
- Strong sales and customer service techniques.
- Be computer literate and have sound social media skills.
- This position is open to Vietnamese and Pakistani candidates only.
